We are huge fans of Park City, Utah.  Hands down, Park City is one of the greatest ski locations in the world.  We have skied her 6 times.  We often heard that  Park City is also is an amazing Summer destination. In the Summer of 2017 we had the chance to spend a week in Park City and it blew away our expectations. It was very hard to leave and I know we will be back soon.

It offers some of the worlds best ski conditions with “3” major mountains in the city itself and  7  great mountains in total within a one hour drive. In the city proper there is Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons. In 2016 Canyons and Park City were merged to create the largest ski resort in the United States.  combined when Park City forgot to renew its lease with the National Parks. The proximity to Salt Lake City – it is literally a 38 minute drive from SLC International Airport, which is Delta’s 4th largest hub and  has many direct flights from metropolitan areas –  makes Park City incredibly convenient destination. The breadth of the Wasatch Mountains ensures that Park City is a very deep destination for all seasons

Getting here: The International Airport “SLC” is a one  hour drive from Salt Lake City.   One can literally ski until Noon and then head to the airport to make a flight back to the east coast.
